PPM

The PPM machine has a unique design with parallelism control by solid torsion bar and mechanical depth setting by depth stops inside the cylinders.
Parallelism of the upper beam is maintained through a solid Anti Torsion Bar System, which links both ends of the ram and maintains parallelism throughout the entire stroke even if off-center loadings occur.
The mechanical positive depth stops incorporated in the hydraulic cylinders assure the very accurate depth stroke adjustment (0,01mm).
The motorised adjustment is controlled with 2 pushbuttons and electronic read-out conveniently located at the pendant control station.
Adjustable mechanical cams at the operators side of the brake to set the upper position, work speed change point.

SYNCHROMASTER

This new generation CNC pressbrake combines the precision of electro-hydraulic depth control (Synchro System – Y1-Y2 axis) and the userfriendly 3-axes control ATS 560.
The machine has as standard a fast DC driven backgauge (X- axis).
The possibility of combining different toolsystems, anti deflection systems and other accessories makes it possible to personalise the machine up to your specific needs.

EUROMASTER

The euromaster has been developed as a modern pressbrake with electronic levelling and depth control ROBOSOFT SYNCRO in combination with a number of flexible and user friendly CNC controls, graphic or non graphic at the choice of the customer.
In the SYNCHRO system the Y1 and Y2 axes operate as an independant double acting hydraulic system. Both axes share the same oil supply but the flow to the valves as well as true position(s) of the ram are entirely and separately controlled by computer command.
The CNC reads the ram position from independant linear encoders while monitoring and adjusting the proportional valves, producing a double-closed loop system.
By using this principle as well as the integration of the latest technologies, we have succeeded in developing a user-friendly, service-friendly, fast and accurate system.
Accuracy is further ensured by mounting the linear encoders on a C-frame connected to the bed, rather than directly on the side frames, so that deflection of the side frame and loads do not affect positionning. Accuracy is guaranteed up to 0.01mm
The SYNCHRO system is such that it easily allows the coupling of two or more machines to obtain working lengths up to 20 m. In this configuration, machines can work independantly as two seperate machines with different applications or in tandem mode as one machine with double capacity and double bending length.

HDSY

The HDSY is a Heavy Duty CNC controlled pressbrake with electronic levelling and depth control ROBOSOFT SYNCRO.

Special cylinder design allows ram tilt without damage to cylinders while still maintaining accuracy.
